Hi, I'm Mario. I'm your personal trainer. I have over 15 years of personal training experience. I am certified through ACE and I also have NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist Certifications. I specialize in Weight Loss, Muscle and Strength Building, Performance and overall General Fitness.
